Benchmark Contracting, Inc. dba Cobblestone Construction is a full-service General Contractor committed to providing our clients with distinctive service. We specialize in educational facilities, development centers, airport facilities, military facilities, government/Court facilities, custom homes, restaurants, retail, and other general and special needs projects. Our clients include commercial developers, the D.O.D., D.O.E., T.S.A., USACE, State of Nevada, Clark County (NV), City of Las Vegas, municipalities, and corporations and commercial bankers, involving diverse projects ranging from new construction, tenant improvements (TI) and renovations/remodels, including doctors, surgeons, dentists, lawyers, banks and financial institutions, retail, and other business owners.

In business in Las Vegas and Southern Nevada for many years as well as recently in South Carolina, I am indeed proud of how we have grown and evolved as a Company, and of the firm foundation of honor, integrity and exceptional service upon which we have been built. If I may, please permit me to share a bit about our history, our body of work, and where we are today.

As you may note elsewhere on this website, Benchmark Contracting, Inc. dba Cobblestone Construction was established in December, 1998 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Our logo, the Cobblestone Castle and our name reflect the principles, practices and values employed in every aspect of how we do business. Our “Benchmark”, or standard point of reference for our performance is derived from the values engrained and the lessons I learned while at The Citadel, my alma mater. Honesty and integrity define the ways in which I and my team do business, and exemplify the standards of excellence we strive to maintain. Our performance consistently reflects our vision, mission and values, which we continually measure against our Benchmark.

Today, Benchmark Contracting, Inc. dba Cobblestone Construction is a dynamic, general contracting firm with expertise in design/build, ground up construction, tenant improvements (TI), and comprehensive rehabilitations/renovations/remodels in industrial, commercial and residential construction for both public and private sector markets.

Using as our foundation the principles of honor and respect combined with a bit of luck, a lot of hard work and operating the Company upon the principals of honesty and integrity, we have grown to become a Las Vegas and Southern Nevada leader in quality construction.
