Project Scope: This 9,000 GSF new building was constructed of masonry, steel, structural wood framing, and an EIFS exterior finish, a decorative fence, and wall around the perimeter. Incorporating an elevator to access the two levels, showcasing a second-floor outdoor terrace with an exterior exit stairwell. Site demolition included on-site and off-site improvements, landscaping, and on-site parking.
