Project Scope: Project includes construction of a new 5,800 SF Community Center with attached 568 SF Park Restroom Building, new parking lot, basketball court, new drinking fountain, park renovations, turf areas, landscape, unique playground equipment, walking paths and site improvements for handicapped accessible concrete walkways, extend the existing utilities (water, sewer, and electrical lines). Demolition of curb and gutter, installation of new curb and gutter patch and repair of any offsite asphalt and road base.
